Lubo Kirov is a Bulgarian pop singer and music producer, author of many hits in pop music and dozens lyrics for songs. From a young age he learns to play piano and drums. The artiste graduated from the National Academy of Arts. He was a some-time drummer for the Doom Metal group Mortal Remains. The performer participated in music events including concerts Simply Red, Incognito, Al McKay's Earth Wind And Fire Experience, Simple Minds. His poetic talent and his ability to find a lyric suitable for vocal interpretation are appreciated by many popular Bulgarian artists. He has participated as guest vocalist in various musical projects. The entertainer was a member of the jury in the second and third season of music show X Factor. At the beginning of 2014, he is also a jury of other musical reality on Nova, but for children's talents - "The Big Hopes", and he leads the awards ceremony of BG Radio, where he also receives the BG Artist Award. It is already a fact the broadcast of three of the songs from the singer's album in the prestigious ranking of MTV - Europe's World Chart Express. He is also successful on the electronic stage with the release of two albums with house music. Along with that, he is also one of the most desired duo halves for the ladies in the Bulgarian pop. In June 2018 Lubo won the BG Radio Music award for best album. In May 2019 he won the BG Radio 2019 Music awards for best male singer. In July 2020 Lubo won the BG Radio 2020 Music awards for the best BG song together with Pavell & Venci Venc'. 

The 20th Annual Music Awards of BG Radio were handed out at a glamorous ceremony in Kolodrum Hall, Plovdiv on June 11, 2022. Lubo Kirov is the big winner this year with 3 statuettes. The song "Kiss Me" was awarded in the categories "BG Song" and "BG Text", and his joint project with Stanley and Hristo Mutafchiev was awarded for "BG Combination".
